This probably isn’t the fault of the product, but the sleeves are too long for my dog. I tried to measure her girth and ordered size based on that table. In retrospect I should have gone smaller. But this might work well for your dog if their body shape is a little longer.

This is the perfect solution for canine hot spots on the front legs. It comes down past the ankle joint, fits snugly and is difficult for the dog to loosen. It is a comfortable stretchy fabric, and fastens with heavy-duty velcro on the dog’s back. it protects the hot spot allowing it to heal. It is a brilliant design, and I am so pleased to have it for our dog. It is designed for a dog that is not overweight, and we ordered a size larger.

To start, I got an XL cause I know how wonky the sizing for dogs is. On a 50 lb border collie this fit well, if a teensy bit on the snug side–which, to me, is not XL. But I digress. After a big, long, not so fun “adventure” (getting lost and falling in a hollow), his elbows were very injured and are still in the healing process. He’s a border collie, so activity is a must and we wanted to keep his elbows nice and clean. This fits well and does that job. Plus it’s absolutely adorable, omg. The material is decent too. However I can see the velcro failing in time because it’s the super short bristles, but maybe this type of velcro is better with hair? I guess we’ll see.
